The aim of Paediatric Rehabilitation is to allow the child or young person to function at the fullest level they are capable of in physical, mental, social, educational and vocational domains.
Our treatment practices include conducting the assessment, making diagnosis and treating variety of language and communication disorders. We deal with receptive language (understanding) and expensive language (limited vocabulary or problem in expressing) disorder. For non-verbal child, we would train the child to use alternative communication method to enhance the communication skills.
We offer services to individual with:
Occupational Therapy might be required when a child are having difficulties participating in activities of daily living, such as self-care skills, social skills, play skills or leisure activities.
Our programmes includes:
Physiotherapy helps with the development, rehabilitation, and improvement of movement skills and performance. Physiotherapists may work on gross motor skills such as sitting, standing, and walking, as well as improvement in flexibility, strength, and endurance.
At WQ Park, our therapists specialize in working with children with motor difficulties, high-performance athletes and children with weight-related concerns.
